EXERCISES TO CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
Fill out the table and see how your thoughts are creating your results. Start at the bottom of the table by inserting a current undesired result and, next to it, the result you actually want. Then work your way backward on each side of the chart, until you arrive at the thoughts that create all of it.
